How do I send a text from the Lead Connector mobile app?
Lead Connector is the mobile app for RootLogic — it lets you text leads from your phone while keeping everything logged in the system, not your personal messages.

Download and log in to Lead Connector
Search for Lead Connector in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and download the app. Log in with the same email and password you use for RootLogic on desktop. Select your practice's sub-account when prompted.

Open the Conversations tab in the app
After logging in, tap Conversations in the bottom navigation bar. You'll see the same unified inbox as desktop — all your active lead threads including SMS, email, and missed calls.

Find the contact and open their thread
Tap the search icon at the top of the Conversations screen and type the lead's name or phone number. Tap their thread to open it. You'll see the full conversation history, same as on desktop.

Tap the message box, type your text, and send
At the bottom of the conversation thread, tap the text input field. Make sure the channel selector shows SMS (not Email). Type your message and tap the Send button. The text goes out from your practice's RootLogic number.
Important: Most tasks — scheduling, pipeline moves, adding notes — are better handled on desktop. The Lead Connector mobile app is best for quick replies to incoming texts when you're away from your desk. Use desktop for anything that requires navigating multiple sections.
Pro tip: Turn on push notifications for Lead Connector so you get alerted to new inbound texts even when you're not at your computer. A lead who gets a reply within 5 minutes is far more likely to book than one who waits an hour.
