What is the Lead Connector mobile app and how do I download it?

Lead Connector is the mobile companion to RootLogic — useful for checking conversations and getting new-lead notifications when you're away from your desk.

1
Understand what Lead Connector is
Lead Connector is the official GoHighLevel mobile app — the same platform RootLogic is built on. It gives you access to your conversations inbox, pipeline cards, and contact records from your phone. The app is published by GoHighLevel (not branded as RootLogic), so that's the name you'll search for in the app store.
2
Download Lead Connector from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
On your iPhone, open the App Store and search "Lead Connector." The app icon is a teal conversation bubble. On Android, open the Google Play Store and search the same thing. Download and install the app — it's free.
3
Log in with the same credentials you use on desktop
Open Lead Connector and enter your email address and password — the same ones you use to log in at app.gohighlevel.com. If your practice has multiple locations or sub-accounts, you'll be prompted to select the correct one after logging in.
4
Enable push notifications when the app prompts you
During setup, the app asks permission to send you notifications. Tap "Allow." This is how you'll get alerted when a new lead comes in so you can follow up within that critical 5-minute window. Without notifications enabled, the app is mostly passive — you'd have to open it manually to see new leads.
Pro tip: Most day-to-day work — booking consults, updating pipeline cards, writing detailed notes — is better on the desktop. Use the Lead Connector app mainly for new-lead notifications and quick text replies when you're away from your desk.
