What is the Lead Connector mobile app and how do I download it?

Lead Connector is the official mobile app for the platform RootLogic runs on. It gives you access to your conversations inbox, pipeline cards, and contact records from your phone. The app is published by the platform vendor rather than under the RootLogic name, so Lead Connector is the name you'll search for in the app store.

On your iPhone, open the App Store and search "Lead Connector." The app icon is a teal conversation bubble. On Android, open the Google Play Store and search the same thing. Download and install the app — it's free.

Open Lead Connector and enter your email address and password — the same ones you use to log in at manage.rootlogic.pro. If your practice has multiple locations or sub-accounts, you'll be prompted to select the correct one after logging in.

During setup, the app asks permission to send you notifications. Tap "Allow." This is how you'll get alerted when a new lead comes in so you can follow up within that critical 5-minute window. Without notifications enabled, the app is mostly passive — you'd have to open it manually to see new leads.
