Can I receive lead notifications on my phone through Lead Connector?
Yes — and this is one of the most important things to set up, since the first 5 minutes after a lead comes in are when your chances of booking a consult are highest.
1
Download the Lead Connector app and log in with your RootLogic credentials
Search "Lead Connector" in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and install the app. Log in with the same email and password you use at app.gohighlevel.com. Select your practice's sub-account when prompted.
2
Allow notifications when the app prompts you during setup
The first time you open Lead Connector, it asks permission to send you push notifications. Tap "Allow." If you missed that prompt, go to your phone's Settings app, find Lead Connector in your app list, tap Notifications, and turn them on manually.
3
Confirm which notification types are turned on inside the app
Inside Lead Connector, tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap "Notification Settings." Make sure "New Conversation" and "New Lead" notifications are toggled on. You can also turn on notifications for inbound SMS replies if you want to know when a lead texts you back.
4
Test it by sending a test lead through your form
Ask your account manager at Vitality to send a test lead, or submit your practice's contact form yourself using a personal email. Within a minute, you should see a push notification on your phone from Lead Connector. If you don't, check that both your phone's OS notifications and the in-app notification settings are enabled.
Pro tip: Speed-to-lead is the single biggest driver of whether a lead converts to a consult. Practices that call within 5 minutes book significantly more consultations than those that call an hour later. Phone notifications are what make sub-5-minute response possible.
