The Lead Connector app isn't sending me notifications. How do I fix it?

Silent notifications mean missed leads — work through this checklist in order and you'll have alerts working in under five minutes.

1
Check your phone's notification permission for Lead Connector
On iPhone: go to Settings > Lead Connector > Notifications and make sure "Allow Notifications" is toggled on. On Android: go to Settings > Apps > Lead Connector > Notifications and confirm they're enabled. This is the most common cause — the app permission got turned off during an update or phone reset.
2
Check notification settings inside the Lead Connector app
Open Lead Connector, tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, then tap "Notification Settings." Make sure New Lead, New Message, and New Call notifications are all toggled on. These in-app switches are separate from your phone's system settings — both need to be on.
3
Confirm you're logged in to the correct sub-account
Tap the menu icon in Lead Connector and check which account is displayed at the top. If you work at multiple locations or if your account was recently set up, you may be viewing a different practice's account. Switch to your practice's account and check if notifications start coming through.
4
Log out and log back in
Tap your profile icon, scroll down and tap "Log Out," then log back in with your RootLogic credentials. This refreshes the push notification token between the app and the server and resolves most remaining cases.
5
Delete and reinstall the app if the problem persists
Delete Lead Connector from your phone, then reinstall it fresh from the App Store or Google Play. Search for "Lead Connector" — the icon is teal/blue with an "LC" mark. Log in again after installation. This clears any corrupted local notification data.
Important: If notifications still don't arrive after reinstalling, contact your VMMG account manager. Do not submit a support request directly to GoHighLevel — all support routes through the RootLogic portal request form.
Pro tip: Most tasks in RootLogic are faster on the desktop browser than the app. Use Lead Connector primarily for real-time alerts and on-the-go call handling — not as your main daily interface.
