Where do I see notes that other staff members have left?
All team notes live on the contact record itself — opening it gives you a full picture of every interaction your colleagues have logged before your call.

Open the contact record in question
Click Contacts in the left sidebar. Search for the lead by name, phone, or email. Click their name to open their contact record.

Scroll to the Notes section
Inside the contact record, scroll down to the Notes section. All notes left by any staff member are listed here in reverse chronological order — newest at the top.

Check the author and timestamp on each note
Every note shows the name of the staff member who wrote it and the exact date and time it was created. This tells you who spoke to this lead last and when, without having to ask around.

Also check the Activity tab for the full call and message history
For a complete picture beyond notes — including call recordings, inbound texts, and outbound emails — click the Activity tab at the top of the contact record. Notes and activity together give you the full story before you dial.
Pro tip: Before calling any lead who shows prior activity, spend 30 seconds reading the notes and checking the last conversation in the Activity tab. Walking into a call already knowing their concern ("mentioned cost was a factor") or their timeline ("said they're thinking about spring") turns a cold-feeling call into a warm one.
