How do I log into RootLogic for the first time?

Getting into your account the right way from the start saves you from password resets and login confusion later.

Check your email for the invitation from RootLogic
Your account manager at Vitality sends an invitation email when your account is set up. The subject line is typically "You're invited to RootLogic" or similar. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes of being told it was sent.

Click the link in the invitation email and set your password
The email contains a "Set Password" or "Accept Invitation" button. Click it — it opens a page where you create your password. Choose something you'll remember; you'll be typing it often. The link expires after 24 hours, so use it promptly.

Log in at app.gohighlevel.com using your email and new password
Go to app.gohighlevel.com in any desktop browser — Chrome or Safari work best. Enter the email address the invitation was sent to and the password you just created. If your practice has multiple locations or sub-accounts, you may be prompted to select the correct one after logging in.

Bookmark the login page for quick access
Once you're in, bookmark app.gohighlevel.com in your browser. You'll open this every morning to check your pipeline and conversations. Bookmarking saves you from hunting for the URL each time.
Important: Your login is tied to your specific email address. Do not share your credentials with other staff members — your account manager can create individual logins for each team member so activity is tracked correctly.
