I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your own password in under two minutes — no need to contact your account manager for a basic reset.

Go to the RootLogic login page
Open your browser and navigate to app.gohighlevel.com. This is the standard login page for RootLogic.

Click "Forgot Password?" below the login fields
On the login screen, you'll see a "Forgot Password?" link beneath the password field. Click it. A new screen appears asking for your email address.

Enter the email address tied to your RootLogic account and click Submit
Type in the exact email address your invitation was originally sent to. If you're not sure which email that was, check with your office manager or account manager at Vitality. Click the Submit button.

Check your inbox for the reset email and click the link
A password reset email arrives within a minute or two. Click the link inside — it takes you to a page where you can type a new password. The reset link expires after about 15 minutes, so complete this step right away. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear.
Important: If you've tried the reset and still can't get in, contact your account manager at Vitality through the RootLogic portal request form — do not contact GoHighLevel directly.
