How do I update my profile information (name, email, photo)?

Keeping your profile accurate ensures that call recordings, notes, and assigned tasks are attributed to the right person on your team.

Click your profile avatar or initials in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
When you're logged into RootLogic on desktop, look at the very bottom of the left navigation bar. You'll see your profile photo or a circle with your initials. Click it to open your profile menu.

Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
A small dropdown appears with options including Profile, Notifications, and Log Out. Click "Profile" to open your profile settings page.

Update your name, email address, phone, or profile photo
On the Profile page, you'll see fields for your first name, last name, email, and phone number. Click into any field and type your changes. To add or change your photo, click the camera icon or the existing photo thumbnail — you'll be prompted to upload an image file from your computer.

Click "Save" to apply your changes
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and click the blue "Save" button. Your changes take effect immediately. If you changed your email address, you may need to log out and back in with the new email.
Important: If you need to change the email address on your account and run into any issues, contact your account manager at Vitality — changing a login email sometimes requires admin-level action.
