RootLogic Getting Started
Getting Started

What is RootLogic and how does it fit into my practice's marketing?

Understanding where RootLogic sits in your patient journey helps you use it intentionally — and helps your agency see what's working.

1
RootLogic is your patient relationship hub
RootLogic is a branded version of GoHighLevel, a professional CRM and communication platform. It's the single place where every lead that comes in from your ads — Google, Meta, or your website — lands, gets tracked, and gets followed up on. Think of it as the front desk software that connects your marketing to your calendar.
2
Understand how a lead moves from ad to RootLogic
When someone clicks your Google or Meta ad and fills out a form, that form submission is automatically captured in RootLogic as a new contact and opportunity. You'll see it appear in the Lead Received column of your pipeline within seconds. No manual entry required.
3
Know that your pipeline data trains the ad algorithm
This is the part most practices don't realize: when you move a lead to Consult Booked or Procedure Booked in RootLogic, that action gets reported back to Google and Meta as an offline conversion. The algorithm learns what a high-value lead looks like and finds more people like them. Skipping steps or using the pipeline incorrectly sends bad data to your ads.
4
See your full pipeline in the Opportunities tab
Click the grid icon in the left sidebar and select "Opportunities" to open your pipeline board. You'll see columns for Lead Received, Hot Lead, Consult Booked, and Procedure Booked. This board is your daily working view — every lead your marketing generates lives here until they book or go cold.
Pro tip: Your account manager at Vitality reviews your pipeline health regularly. A clean, accurate pipeline means your agency can see what's converting and optimize your ad spend accordingly.
