Where is the how-to video library inside RootLogic, and how do I use it?

RootLogic includes a built-in training library — knowing where it lives means you can get answers without waiting for your account manager.

Look for the question mark icon or "Help" link in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
When you're logged into RootLogic on desktop, look at the very bottom of the left navigation sidebar. You'll see a question mark icon or a link labeled "Help." Click it to open the help and training panel. This is the gateway to GoHighLevel's built-in training resources and video library.

Navigate to the "Training" or "University" section in the help panel
Inside the help panel, you'll see options that may include a search bar, help articles, and a link to "GHL University" or "Training." Click Training or University — this opens a video library organized by topic, including tutorials on conversations, pipelines, calendars, and automation. The videos are short (usually 3–10 minutes each).

Use the search bar inside the help panel to find a specific topic quickly
If you're looking for something specific — like how to send a text, how to view a contact record, or how to use the calendar — type your question into the search bar at the top of the help panel. It searches both articles and video titles and returns the most relevant results.

Use this Knowledge Base for RootLogic-specific guidance
The built-in GoHighLevel training covers general platform features but doesn't always reflect how your practice's RootLogic is configured — your pipeline stages, automation sequences, and booking rules are custom. For anything specific to how your practice uses RootLogic, start here in this Knowledge Base or reach out to your Vitality account manager.
