The Reputation Dashboard is your at-a-glance view of your practice's online review health — average rating, review volume, and which reviews still need a response.
1
Access it through Reputation in the left sidebar
Click Reputation in the left sidebar. The first screen you land on is the Overview tab of the Reputation Dashboard — you'll see your overall average star rating displayed prominently at the top, along with your total review count.
2
Understand the summary metrics
The dashboard shows: Average Rating (your current star average from all connected sources), Total Reviews (cumulative count), New Reviews in the selected date range, and Reviews Needing Response (a direct count of unanswered reviews). The last one is your action item.
3
Check the rating trend over time
Below the summary cards, you'll see a Rating Over Time chart showing how your average star rating has moved month by month. A downward trend is an early warning sign — it means more critical reviews are coming in faster than positive ones, and it's time to increase your review request volume.
4
Use it as a daily 30-second check
The Reputation Dashboard is designed to be glanced at quickly. Open it every morning and check: Did any new reviews come in overnight? Are there unanswered reviews? Is the average rating holding steady? If anything looks off, jump to the Reviews tab to read and respond.
Pro tip: For hair restoration practices, maintaining a 4.5-star average or higher on Google directly impacts how often your practice appears in local search results. Every review response — positive or negative — signals to Google that your practice is active and engaged.
