How do I view all reviews for my practice in RootLogic?
RootLogic pulls your Google reviews into one place so you can read, respond, and track your reputation without leaving the platform.

Click Reputation in the left sidebar
In RootLogic, scroll down the left navigation and click Reputation. This opens the Reputation Management section, which shows your connected review sources.

Select the Reviews tab
At the top of the Reputation section, click the Reviews tab. You'll see a list of all reviews pulled from your connected Google Business Profile, sorted by most recent first.

Filter by star rating or response status
Use the filter dropdown at the top of the reviews list to narrow by star rating (1–5 stars) or by whether a review has been responded to yet. Filtering by "Not Responded" is the fastest way to find reviews that need attention.

Click any review to read the full text and respond
Click anywhere on a review card to expand it and read the full review text. You'll see a Reply button directly below the review — clicking it opens a text field where you can type your response before publishing it to Google.
Important: RootLogic can only show reviews from sources your practice has connected (typically Google Business Profile). If you don't see your reviews here, ask VMMG to confirm the Google Business Profile connection is active.
