RootLogic has two places to see upcoming appointments — the Calendars tab gives you the full schedule view, and individual contact records show you a person's specific booking history.
1
Open the Calendars tab
In the left sidebar, click Calendars (the calendar icon). This opens your practice's appointment calendar showing all booked consultations across your team.
2
Switch between Day, Week, and Month views
Use the view toggle buttons in the top right of the calendar — Day, Week, or Month — to find the layout that works best for your morning check-in or weekly planning.
3
Filter by calendar or staff member
If your practice has multiple calendars (e.g., one per doctor or one per service type), use the Calendars dropdown filter at the top left to show only the calendar you want. This keeps the view clean if you have a busy practice.
4
Click any appointment to see the contact's details
Click on any appointment block on the calendar. A popup appears showing the patient's name, phone number, email, and which calendar they booked. Click View Contact to jump directly to their full record.
5
Check appointments inside a contact record
Open any contact record via the Contacts tab, then scroll to the Appointments section on the right side of the record. Every past and upcoming booking for that person is listed there, including date, time, and status.
Pro tip: Make the Calendars tab your first stop every morning — a 60-second scan tells you exactly who's coming in that day and lets you confirm reminders went out automatically.
