How do I change the date range on my dashboard?

The dashboard defaults to the current month — here's how to pull numbers for a different time period when you need to review a specific week or compare months.

1
Go to the Dashboard by clicking the home icon in the left sidebar
Click the house or grid icon at the top of the left navigation bar to open the main Dashboard. This is the screen with summary cards showing leads, opportunities, and revenue pipeline metrics.
2
Find the date range selector near the top of the dashboard
Near the top of the dashboard — usually in the top-right area of the main content area — you'll see a date range picker showing something like "This Month" or a specific date range (e.g., "Jun 1 – Jun 23"). Click on it to open the date selection dropdown.
3
Choose a preset range or pick custom start and end dates
The dropdown offers quick presets: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, and more. Click any preset to apply it immediately. To pick a specific range — like a single week or the previous quarter — choose "Custom Range" and use the calendar pickers to select your start and end dates, then click Apply.
4
Review the updated dashboard metrics for your selected period
All dashboard cards and charts refresh automatically to show data for the period you selected. The date range applies across the dashboard view — leads, opportunity values, and revenue numbers all update together. The date selection resets to the default the next time you log in, so you'll need to re-select if you want a custom range in a future session.
Pro tip: Use "Last Month" at the start of each new month to do a quick review of the prior month's lead volume and pipeline movement before your monthly check-in with your Vitality account manager.
