RootLogic Lead Pipeline
Lead Pipeline

How do I view a lead's contact details (name, email, phone, timestamp)?

Every lead in RootLogic has a contact record with all their information, history, and notes — here's how to get there quickly.

1
Click the opportunity card to open the quick-view panel
In the Opportunities pipeline view, click anywhere on a lead's card. A panel will slide out from the right showing you the basic details: name, phone number, email address, source, and the date and time the opportunity was created. This is usually enough before making a call.
2
Click the contact name to open the full contact record
In the quick-view panel, the contact's name appears as a blue link near the top. Click it to open the full contact record in a new view. Here you'll see all their contact details, their full conversation history across SMS, email, and calls, any appointments, and all notes your team has added.
3
Check the "Additional Info" section for what they said in the form
Scroll down in the contact record to the "Additional Info" or custom fields section. This is where the message or notes they typed in the inquiry form appear — details like "I've been losing hair for 3 years" or "interested in FUE." Reading this before you call gives you a much better opening.
4
The "Created" timestamp shows exactly when the lead came in
In the quick-view panel or the contact record header, look for the "Created" date and time. This tells you when the form was submitted or when the contact was first created. If it's been more than an hour and no one has called, flag it and call immediately.
Pro tip: You can also reach any contact directly from the Contacts tab in the left sidebar. Use the search bar at the top to find someone by name, phone number, or email. Faster than scrolling the pipeline when you know who you're looking for.
